Workout with me. 2/7/21 Chart 2 Level D Minus. I perform this daily through 1/14 then move on up to Level D!
I use a tether and have exercise bike. Combined with 5BX I can train for Triathlon at home. Also have perforated golf balls and pool with cage. With a poolside golf turf mat I can hit all my golf clubs the year around.
I start out my drills at the local Y working in a half circle a half way in from the foul line and then move back until I am at the high school 3 point line.
